Job Summary
After extensive training, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) position will report directly to the Director of Customer Service and will be responsible for processing and fulfilling orders placed daily through our e-commerce website. The CSR position will also be responsible for communicating with customers who reach out to Dave & Adams Card World via phone and email with general inquiries, questions related to their order status, or who require assistance in resolving an issue they present to the CSR. The CSR position will require the candidate to have a general understanding of standard customer service policy and procedures. The CSR will be responsible for working with the proper departments to resolve any and all related situations. Some weekends may be required and the CSR will be made aware well in advance to plan accordingly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Processing web-based customer orders placed daily Monday through Friday
- Answering inbound and outbound calls related to order status, general information about DACW and/or industry-related inquiries
- Responding to emails related to assigned orders (Emails are initiated by the CSR)
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service experience
- Clarity in written and verbal communication
- Reliability
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
- Customer Service Experience is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
