We are an exciting and fun golf retail company located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the game of golf and life. This candidate will join the Southcenter team which is fast pace and exciting.

Description: Full Time Sales Associate

Job Purpose: We are looking for a fun, energetic and experienced retail associate that have the ability to function well as part of a team. Their primary responsibility is providing world class customer service.

Job Duties:

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance by escorting them to appropriate part of store.
• Advises customers by providing information on products
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions and opinions
• Process payments and customer rewards program
• Maintain store signage and general cleanliness
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing store goals

Skill/Qualifications:

• High Degree Golf Knowledge required
• Maintain a positive attitude that promotes positive team work
• Knowledge of golf/equipment/industry preferred
• Frequent lifting of 30lbs or less
• Attention to detail
• Good communicator
• Problem solver
• Rational decision making

Benefits after 90 days including medical, dental and vision. Starting min pay $22/hour
