Sales Manager Fiesta Auto Group, Albuquerque, NM

Fiesta Auto Group, a distinguished dealership group located in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced SALES MANAGER. Viva-Fiesta Auto Group operates 17 dealerships; located in El Paso, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe and represents nearly all of the manufacturer brands of Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Volkswagen, Mazda, and Subaru. In operation for over 35 years, Viva-Fiesta Auto Group is the largest auto group in the southwest which means more opportunities for your growth in your career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Demonstrated Leadership Abilities: Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving common goals.

Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the automotive industry as a sales manager.

Business Acumen: Excellent skills in business planning, financial management, and strategic decision-making.

Dealership Experience: Knowledge and experience working as a sales manager for at least 45 years of experience and with different automotive brands.

Team Management: Supervision and support of a team of 5+ employees across various dealership departments.

Operational Excellence: Continuously work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Employee Motivation & Reward: Ability to motivate, reward, and retain employees to create a positive and productive work environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
