Hyundai Car Sales Consultant

Come play at the beach and work for one of Wilmington's dynamic, growing family owned companies as a Hyundai Sales and Leasing Consultant. We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is self-motivated to achieve the income they desire. Where else can you set your income level without owning your own business? Our desired candidate must be passion about cars and be results driven. Hyundais have Americas Best Warranty, Complimentary Maintenance, and Lifetime Limited Power Train Warranty, and the latest technology, which make selling them easy. Position 100% commission paid biweekly plus bonuses. Two week training pay available to get Hyundai certified if you have not sold cars before. The brand new state of the art Hyundai building will be completed sometime in May.

Automobile Salesperson Job Duties:

• Ability to sell new and used automobiles.
• Must stay up to date on all OEM training and certification.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of current automotive technologies and be able to communicate that to potential customers by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Assist in setting up the sales lot or showroom floor for promotions and displaying new models.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Automobile Salesperson Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED Required
• Previous Automotive Experience a Plus
• Basic Computer Skills
• Technology Savvy
• Strong Oral Communication Skills
• Ability to Overcome Objections
• Professional, Positive, and Friendly Demeanor
• Dependable and Reliable Individual
