Express Employment Professionals is growing and looking to add a Business Development Representative to our internal team!
As a Business Development Representative your emphasis will be on gaining new clients & growing existing client relationships.
As the BDR of our Core Division, youll provide a wide range clients with Staffing solutions. A successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with a proven track record of success, and must have the ability to build relationships with prospects and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- 100-150 new client calls per week
- 20 new/current client visits per week
- 2 new clients billed per week.
- 100 LinkedIn connections per week
- 1 email campaign per week
- 10 candidates calls to new or current clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management and organization skills
- You're confident and a self-starter.
- You're sales motivated!
Must have the ability to travel for training 2-3 times per year.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and implementation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in market research and analysis
- Strong project management skills
- Strategic planning abilities
