Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for leading program enhancement, engagement, contract compliance, and improvement processes for Specialty Channel -Government and Utility Fleet sales along with the following responsibilities and continuous process enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline strategic pricing initiatives
  • Align pricing within our marginal goals by program, segment, customer
  • Collaborate and recognize pricing strategies to support programs
  • Track & document bid tabulations
  • Improve price repository for competitive bidding resolution
  • Collect and create pricing bids for initiation/renewal of contracts
  • Develop RFP scorecard
  • Provide dealer reports and business reviews for RFP requests
  • Lead military program pricing and marketing support
  • Support military base operative contracts at retail
  • Partner with teams to improve retread support processes
  • Complete and process retread dealer support
  • Maintain support calculation tables
  • Communicate RFP, RFQ and/or RFI requirements with appropriate internal cross functional teams to ensure that BATO is compliant and successful in maintaining awarded contracts and potential new contract awards
  • Manage communications to the field sales teams related to government and utility leads
  • Work collaboratively with Operations Manager and internal team to ensure our web tool is successful
  • Prefer knowledge of contracts, specifically federal, Dept of Defense/DLA, state and local government.
  • Needs to be highly excelled in system abilities and understanding including SAP, Microsoft Office tools- Excel, Tableau experience is preferred but not required
  • Understand the business as such to manage the process of contract compliance -communicate pricing renewals, adjustments per contract parameters, update COI requirements, process and support administrative tasks related to contracts
  • On-board new customers and support program adoption

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 6 years and a masters degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor: Business, Marketing, or related field or 10+ years experience in operational role
