• Assist customers in finding the perfect mobile device and accessories to meet their needs
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of mobile technology and devices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
