Florida Insurance Concepts is in search of a Personal Lines account manager. Commercial lines is a plus!

We are affiliated with a corporate real estate company, including mortgage, title, property management and association property management companies! Truly a one stop shop, with a large footprint. This is an excellent opportunity with a "family oriented" agency with the backing of a corporate enterprise.

Our mission is to provide legendary quality service.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle customer phone calls & walk-ins;
• Process policy changes, payments, & mortgagee requests;
• Complete new quote intake sheets for sales team;
• Review Personal Lines renewals;
• Keep current on existing carrier guidelines.

Ideal Qualifications:

• A valid 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance license : Required;
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude;
• Outstanding customer service;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Insurance knowledge & 2 years minimum experience in all lines of insurance;
• Great organization and computer skills (Applied EPIC a plus);
• Function independently with self-motivation in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 42 per week
