Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers and provide them with information about the vehicle's features and performance
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Utilize sales management software to track customer interactions and manage leads

Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Proven track record in outside sales or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to prospect and close deals
- Knowledge of the local market and trends in the automotive industry
- Excellent sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and upsell additional products or services
- Proficiency in using sales software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and generate reports
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and commissions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Experience in retail sales is beneficial for understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service
