Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a face to face environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience

- Assist customers with loans, inquiries, check cashing and wire transfers

- Operate computer system and process transactions accurately

- Provide information about all services we offer

- Assist with inventory audits for accuracy

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve revenue goals

Requirements:

- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred

- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
