Our premier insurance agency is excited to hire highly motivated individuals to become professional insurance sales agents. Our offices are rapidly growing so we are looking to identify and train the right individuals for our agency.

Insurance Sales Agents are great at

• Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including
• lead databases, networking, referrals and marketing
• Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers and business owners
• Presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach based on a true understanding of clients needs and goals

Job Responsibilities

• Calling, presenting and selling Allstate Insurance products and services
• Ability to perform client focused needs meetings
• Exceed current and prospective client expectations
• Goal setting with action plans

Job Requirements

• Property and Casualty licensed (if not licensed, we will help you get licensed)
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
• Willingness to learn and be coachable
• A great self-starter
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and Windows applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
