A dynamic and growing organization in the exciting field of digital forensics is looking for a diligent, organized, and clear-thinking teammate to join our growing legal department.

In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of responsibilities related to managing relationships with law firms, legal entities, and other businesses (B2B).

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and cultivate business relationships with prospective clients consisting of law firms, legal entities and other businesses
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and email marketing
• Present our company to potential clients in the legal and business industries
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Stay up-to-date with new services and new pricing/payment plans
• Ensure all sales activities, communications and opportunities are followed up and recorded in CRM
• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
• Track individual contributors and their accomplishments
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
• Evaluate options and resolve internal priorities
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations
• Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities
• Estimate partners needs and goals
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Protect our organizations value by keeping information confidential
• Enhance our organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and varied requests
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Experience collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions, and communicating same at various levels within the organization
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential matters and information
• Experience building relationships and partnering with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills required; able to adapt quickly to various other computer programs/systems
• Candidate should have experience and interest in new and emerging technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working experience with sales techniques
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
