Job Summary

Our Sales Receptionist is a critical team member on the front lines of our sales department. This role operates as the first point of contact for all incoming potential clients (leads). The Sales Receptionist is responsible for warmly and professionally greeting and qualifying these leads for a consultation from our Sales Team. Upon qualifying each incoming lead, the Sales Receptionist is to strategically assign and transfer each qualified lead to the Salesperson best suited for the particular lead, given the information provided. Sales Receptionists must demonstrate an intimate understanding of each salespersons specialties, limits, and respective priorities, to ensure the best possible matchmaking between prospects and salespeople. This position also requires a huge sense of urgency. The longer someone stays on hold, the more of a chance they have of hanging up.

This role entails a high-call-volume environment, answering continuous incoming calls from potential clients, as well as facilitating strategic lead distribution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Answer any & all incoming leads

Speak Professionally and be articulate

Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to strategize lead and lead campaign distributions

Urgently assign all web submission leads to the appropriate salespeople

Strategically assign leads to the most suitable and opportune salesperson

Facilitate all lead transfers to/from the Sales Team

Greet all inquiring leads with warmth, hospitality, and professionalism

Provide necessary feedback to sales and marketing leadership on patterns, trends, quality, etc.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of reception or phone sales experience

Associate degree or higher

Exceptional phone communication skills

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, & CRM databases

o Salesforce experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• Phone Sales or Reception: 2 years (Required)
