Overview of Role :

• Outbound and inbound calls, must be able to communicate with clients and understand their tax challenges.
• Qualify leads to help resolve clients Tax Debt
• Managing the CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met.

What We're Looking For:

• Inside Sales Enthusiast: Sales experience is preferred but not required. If you've worked in mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, or personal finance that's a plus!
• Communication: Strong phone communication skills are a must, coupled with vocabulary and grammar prowess.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks seamlessly and demonstrate patience and compassion with every caller.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic experience with Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software

Compensation:

• SO1:
• $75 per sale (3-5 sales per day is standard)
• $100 Bonus for closing 15 TIs in a week
• $200 Bonus for having 5 TIs pay in full
• Base Pay: $16/hour

• SO2:
• Tier Structure based on monthly revenue
• $75,000 and below -12%
• $75,000 and above -15%
• $100,000 and above -17%

• $250 Weekly Bonus- Top producer
• $150 Weekly Bonus- 20k + Revenue
• Base Pay: $16/hour

*All commission and hourly is paid out weekly, payday every Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Tax experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
