As a Business Development Manager on the Performance Management team at LINK Property Management, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth opportunities by leveraging market insights, cultivating relationships, and implementing new sales strategies. You will also be responsible for strategically maximizing revenues while fostering long-term relationships with business leaders.

What Youll Do

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive client interactions
• Conduct market research to understand market trends and opportunities
• Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities
• Maintain positive professional relationships with existing and potential clients
• Networks extensively to create new business opportunities (attend events, social gatherings, etc.)
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, creating and negotiating contracts, and integrating new business with internal partners
• Manages the deal underwriting process for new business
• Conducts cold-calls, as-needed, to multifamily property owners, brokers, lenders and other key contacts to open up new business opportunities.

About You

• A bachelors degree is required
• At least 2 years of experience in 3rd party management is strongly preferred
• Strong sales track record is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders is required
• Strong client management is required
• Attention to detail, accuracy, strong organizational, multi-tasking, planning, and time management is required
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure, emergencies, and time-sensitive situations is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
