• CELL PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

CPR Cell Phone Repair is a nationwide company with over 850 locations throughout the country. We are expanding and are looking for candidates to grow with the company.

CPR repairs cell phones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles drones and other personal electronic devices. The ideal Cell Phone Repair Technician candidate is punctual, competent, dependable, trustworthy, customer-oriented, self-reliant, takes initiative to improve the business, and can reliably be scheduled as needed .

Qualifications For CELL PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN:

• Cell Phone Repair experience is a MUST
• Tablet, laptop repair experience is a BIG PLUS
• Soldering and advanced micro soldering is a HUGE PLUS
• Close proximity to our locations is a must.
• Retail sales experience is a PLUS
• Android, iOS, cell phone app knowledge is a PLUS
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Visual & manual dexterity sufficient to repair cell phones
• Clean Background Check
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual applicants are a HUGE PLUS
• Extensive knowledge of ALL models of phones and other electronic devices including operating systems and general physical understanding of how electronics and their components work together to properly diagnose issues and help customers with their questions.
• Self reliant and self motivated with a desire to learn the ins and out of the phone repair industry and maintain current product knowledge and all things tech.
• Experience with sales and people skills

Duties:

Include trouble shooting and diagnosing customer devices and repairing accordingly following proper procedures. In addition to device repair we sell a full line of screen protectors and accessories. Employees will be working with point of sale system managing inventory, keeping displays and work areas clean.

Pay is based on experience and productivity. We have an aggressive bonus structure that is rewarding to go getters.
