Your Opportunity:
Taylor Communications, a Taylor Company, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with a passion for building strong, trusting relationships to join our team! In this role, you will interact with and service the needs of our customers.
Your Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday Friday
Your Responsibilities:
  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take, enter, process, and/or expedite orders
  • Provide price estimates and quotes
  • Providing effective customer follow-up in post-sales activities
  • Provide effective and professional communication practices with account representatives and customer
  • Relay communication chains between Customer Service, Scheduling, Shipping, and other departments
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
You Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and some related experience, or commensurate combination or education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
We Would Also Prefer:
  • Experience with warehouse management systems
  • Customer Service experience.
