International Manufacturing company (electrical appliances) seeking a Bilingual Operations Coordinator/ Inside Sales Rep. in Torrance. Must have strong communication and Excel Skills. Entry level candidate welcome. Temp to Hire, $20-22/hr., Hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote).

Requirements of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:

• Associate degree or working towards degree, Bachelors degree is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Japanese / Korean / Chinese / OR Vietnamese is big plus
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Especially strong Excel Skill is needed)
• Good phone manner and problem solver
• Detail oriented, organized, and strong with numbers

Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:

• Work closely with Sales Reps
• Process Orders
• Create and process necessary documentations and generate invoices
• Communicate with clients and provide customer service
• Generate various reports using Excel
• Receives customers inquiries by telephone and Email, provides information requested
• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products
• Occasionally visit clients site and attend tradeshows as needed
• Communicate with HQ in Japan as needed
• Other related duties and administrative duties

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30AM 5:30PM
