Join our team at Comfort Suites in Loveland, CO - and be a part of an award-winning, premium-brand hotel portfolio. As a Sales Coordinator, you will support our front-desk team by communicating with the groups, setting rates, drafting group proposals, and managing group bookings, ensuring a seamless operation and exceeding client expectations. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with corporate/group clients and ensuring the efficient coordination of group events and meetings.

Responsibilities:

*Answer sales office phones when necessary and respond to all group sales inquiries professionally *Maintain and update sales reservations (records), ensuring accuracy and organization *Coordinate all group events as contracted, ensuring seamless execution *Develop strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication *Assist sales personnel in achieving team goals and maintain knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, and strategies *Ensure compliance with standards regarding work, break, and meal periods, as well as dress code *Contribute to a positive work environment with minimal to moderate noise levels *Be available on-site during large group check-ins to ensure everything goes smoothly *Coordinate with departments to set sales goals and deadlines for teams *Follow through with sales leads and customer inquiries

Requirements:

*Past front-desk hotel experience is a must, previous Sales Coordinate or AGM experience is preferred *High school diploma or GED; college coursework in a related field is a plus *2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field preferred *Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills *Proficient in MS Office and other computer systems *Ability to interpret basic math functions and financial data *Must be available to work 40 hours a week

Qualifications:

*Experience working in sales *Outstanding communication skills *Strong ability to work with a team towards one goal *Experienced in computer programs that apply
