Sale Planning Analyst Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for predicting and analyzing consumer demand for our products and ensuring that our manufacturing and supply chain processes are aligned to meet this demand. You will partner with sales and operations to create accurate forecasts and ensure the smooth execution of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Forecasting: work with historical sales data information and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts for all products.
• Demand Forecasting: work with sales data information market trends, and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts for all products.
• Communication: Work with sales teams to gather market intelligence and sales insights to strengthen the demand planning process.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and anomalies, making recommendations for adjustments to the demand plan as needed.
• Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports to track forecast accuracy, demand variability, and inventory performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in forecasting for consumer products is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other forecasting systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent working experience with the Walmart Retailers system, understanding the capabilities of the system and the vast amount of knowledge available within the Retailers Website.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
