Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team.

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, communicating insurance options, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is sales-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about helping clients protect their assets.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

- Communicate insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details

- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely processing of applications and claims

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Skills:

- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage

- Strong communication skills to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients

- Sales administration abilities to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide prompt and professional assistance to clients

- Fluency in Spanish (preferred) to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance with privacy laws

- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Multilingual abilities (preferred) to cater to diverse client needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
