Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Product Specialist, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our Kia vehicles, and guide them through our sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to identify their preferences and vehicle requirements.
• Demonstrating features and benefits of Kia vehicles to potential buyers.
• Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Kia products, features, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
