RGR Construction and Roofing LLC, a reputable and industry-leading roofing company, is currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team. With our commitment to excellence and dedication to providing top-notch roofing solutions, we are looking for individuals who have the ability to knock doors and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers as well as work company supplied leads.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Follow up promptly with company supplied sales leads.

- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing our roofing products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for roofing projects.

- Collaborate with our project management team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Requirements:

- Ability to knock doors and engage with potential customers in a persuasive and professional manner.

- Ability to go up on a roof.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation.
