In-office position

Salary: $60000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Prospects for new business generated from referrals, cold-calling, warm leads, etc.
• Foster strong relationships and build rapport with prospects and current customers.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s)
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Properly handle objections while maintaining the client's needs and personal goals.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Maintains phone time and sales goals as determined by management.

• Must currently possess or be willing to obtain an Ohio Property and Casualty License. Licensing assistance is available.
• Prior sales experience
• Prior insurance experience
• Theater, acting, and music experience is a BONUS
• Basic computer software knowledge
• Team Player
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
