TITLE: Customer Service Sales Representative

LOCATION: on site, Tukwila

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: direct hire

SHIFT: 9am-5pm M-F

PAY RANGE: $18/hr. + commission

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative for an E-Bike company based out of Tukwila. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience who is passionate about bikes or the outdoors.

Liaising with the Customers and Prospects

Implementation and optimization of Customer Care Automation tools

Providing feedback and input into Marketing initiatives based on the information

received from the Customers

Answering pre-purchase ticket inquiries via phone & email, along with providing post

purchase assistance regarding filing claims, or general Q&As

Help potential customers determine which model would best suit their needs

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in cycling or bicycle sales.

A service-oriented mindset with a goal to provide positive customer experiences.

Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

environment.

Familiarity with the cycling industry and ebike technology
