Brown-Phillips Insurance is looking for a new agent to join our growing team. We are currently searching for a candidate that is seeking a dynamic position with a premier agency.

The right candidate should be a highly motivated, results driven professional with the ability to multitask. This person should possess strong administrative, technical and organizational skills. We are seeking an agent that has the ability to adapt to the fast paced, growing culture of our expanding business.

Our flagship office is located in Raleigh, NC. This position will be for our brand new downtown Gaffney, SC location.

The qualified candidate will be:

- Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, Property & Casualty; minimum of 3 years of experience (Must have worked for an independent agency; please do not apply without previous INDEPENDENT agency experience)
- Experience with National General Insurance & Progressive Insurance
- Attention to detail person
- Ability to multi task
- Must have good computer skills

Pay and benefits:

$20 plus per hour depending on experience.
No cold calling.

Work from home 3 days per week.

9 am - 5 pm Monday through Thursday.
Close at 3pm on Fridays. No nights or weekends.

7 Paid holidays after 6 months

IRA up to 10% of salary depending on agency performance.

Health insurance reimbursement provided.
