OTTO's opportunity:

Our Sales Manager is a leadership and individual contributor sales position with responsibility for the management of the OTTO Branded product line across North America. Manage OTTO personnel and independent sales representatives, distributors, and end users. Set pricing and product positioning.

Specifically, the Sales Manager OTTO Branded will:

• Set and meet sales objectives for OTTO Branded North America
• Provide training, motivation, and support to the field organizations to ensure the objectives are achieved
• Provide market feedback to management including competitive position, new product opportunity, forecasts, and long-term planning objectives
• Build strong relationships by visiting representatives, dealers & distributors regularly
• Develop and execute short- and long-range business plans for OTTO Branded products
• Assist with other related duties as required or assigned

What you'll need to bring to the table:

Other: Available for nonstandard or extended work schedule and travel extensively (up to 50%). Must be able to work in a quick-paced environment.
