Job Summary
West Broad Kia and West Broad VW are currently looking for two self-motivated and energetic individuals to complement our sales teams. These individuals will work with our customers to determine their vehicle needs, to guide them to the vehicle that best fits those needs, and to provide them with the very best buying experience through their knowledge and interpersonal communication skills. These tech saavy individuals will also respond to and engage online shoppers via email, phone, and texting platform. We understand the importance of career growth and we can provide the right candidate with a career with great upside potential, room for advancement within the organization, and a level of job security uncommon in this line of work. Responsibilities and Duties
We expect our Sales Professionals to:
- Be on time and be prepared for work.
- Use the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and organize their showroom visits, phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Greet customers promptly and treat them professionally.
- Determine the customers' vehicle needs, and by using their vehicle knowledge, help the customer find the vehicle that best meets those needs.
- Move proficiently through the steps of the sale
- Meet and greet
- Build rapport
- Identify needs
- Deliver persuasive presentations
- Overcome objections
- Close the sale
- Get repeat sales and referrals
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must have:
- Strong communication skills - Sales Professionals must be able to easily interact with all personality types and with persons of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
- Solid networking skills - Sales Professionals rely heavily on referrals and previous customers and are expected to develop and maintain professional relationships from which further sales can be made.
- Computer skills - Sales Professionals at West Broad Kia use a web-based Customer Relations Management tool to control and document follow up with showroom visitors.
- Phone skills - Sales Professionals handle incoming phone sales calls and are required to conduct phone follow-up calls to showroom and online visitors.
- A desire to be successful in sales - West Broad VW / Kia will provide training on product knowledge and on the road map to the sale, but the best Sales Professionals know that success in sales comes from steady, consistent effort, and we expect our Sales Professionals to put in that effort.
Automotive sales experience is a definite plus, but we are willing to train the right people!
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
