Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant

Mercedes-Benz Audi Porsche of Albuquerque is growing, and we need top-notch sales people to help. If you have a desire for luxury vehicles, can comfortably relate to high-end clientele, and can close the deal, we may have a spot for you.

The Sales and Leasing Consultant needs to be able to follow instructions we have a proven method for closing deals. You should also be able to easily relate to the quality of customers who shop for luxury items. This is not your corner auto mart. Sales and Leasing Consultant Duties:

• Promptly greet and assist customers on premises and on the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner;
• Work effectively with customers to discover their needs and preferences, qualify their interest and intent in purchasing a vehicle, and assist them to find the vehicle that fits their needs;\
• Stay in contact with customers as vehicles become ready for delivery on a timely basis and in a manner that will ensure an excellent standard of customer service;
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate. This also requires a high standard for safeguarding customer information to prevent identity theft;
• Curate potential leads from contacting new prospects and previous customers;
• Actively learn and maintain knowledge on all product lines;
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.

You offer:

Clean driving record and a Valid New Mexico Drivers License, or the ability to get one within 30 days if hired.

Willing to submit for a background check, reference check and drug test.

Able to work 45-50 hours over 4 weekdays and Saturdays every week.

Compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Commitment to complete training and certification on required websites in a timely manner.

Preferential qualification: Previous automotive sales experience
