Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Property & Casualty licensure is a minimum requirement. Life & Health licensure is a requirement for this position. We pay for all licensure training, licensing fees and license renewals.
Previous insurance sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
Must be tech savvy.
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must be motivated and determined.
Must be coachable.
Must be outgoing & willing to have fun!
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Work alongside agent and team to execute and exceed agency business planning goals.
Develop insurance quotes, set appointments, conduct insurance & financial reviews and close sales.
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support includes ongoing customer servicing).
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
