We're seeking an organized and highly motivated **Insurance Account Manager** to join our growing team.
Duties:
Manage an assigned book of business, increasing account retention and new business support.
Execution of day-to-day administrative and customer service activities for assigned accounts, and capable of resolving complex customer service problems
Be responsible for client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients.
Support overseeing team performance to guarantee adherence to productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards and suggest corrective measures to Management when necessary.
Review Renewals as directed by clients, producers, and Management; prepare policy renewal questionnaires, recommend coverage enhancements, and design applications and documents.
Receive phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, or administrative problems, and comply with the request.
Process endorsements as needed. Prepare evidence of insurance and liability certificates.
Maintain accurate files and documentation.
Qualifications:
At least five years of proven experience in insurance account management.
A Florida P & C insurance license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
Bilingual: English-Spanish
Capability to handle substantial workloads with high precision and meticulous attention to detail.
PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
Extensive expertise in quoting and submitting policies for homeowners, auto, and commercial insurance.
Solid knowledge of coverages, underwriting guidelines, insurance policies, and regulations
