Full description of the position

We launching the Westchester & Stamford territories for one of the fastest growing painting franchises in country and are looking to hire a rock-star sales manager for one of our three territories.

We are family-owned business and are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to grow this business with us. A good opportunity to get into a growing business on the ground level with significant options for growth.

As the Sales Manager youre responsible to run all aspects of the business, including estimates, closing sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and align with the company's goals and standards.

Candidates must have strong sales, communication, customer-service abilities and have a passion for connecting with home-owners and local businesses.

Compensation:

  • Earn 7-8% of what you sell. 10% for self-generated leads. UNCAPPED commission.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide customers estimates
  • Managing a team of contracted painters
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from approval to completion
  • Follow up on all estimates weekly
  • Networking to develop a referral partner network to generate leads. (Realtors, Designers, Property Managers, Business Owners)
  • Door-knocking/field networking

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer facing sales experience. Estimating/Outside/Field (Solar and Home Improvement) sales is a big plus.
  • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated
  • Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
  • Ability to accurately estimate product and labor costs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable networking and door-knocking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in communicating paint products and services (we will provide a week of paid training)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
