Fenton, MO

Marketing & Sales Admin$17-$:19hr, BOE M-F, 8am-4:30p

The Marketing & Sales Admin will provide assistant with back office functions. Creating a weekly routine with proven techniques that support the operations

Products Maintain product records on the website and ordering software (Deconetwork) Maintain product records in the back office-photos, pricing, descriptions, add new/delete , etc. Monthly inventory cycle counts and pricing updates Maintain inventory for Quik Ship program

ECommerce Implement new ecommerce sites and maintain all sites (currently only 2) Make changes and updates as needed Track traffic an SEO info

Marketing Execute marketing plans; Social media, bulk/group emails, postal mailings, etc

Sales-Inside sales Enter repeat customer orders-set schedule for certain clients.

Qualifications:

• Very detailed orientated/high attention to detail
• Organized Multi-tasker Basic exp with Google Sheets, Microsoft Word & Excel, Basic exp with Email, Fax, copier
• Can work independently and prove accomplished tasks
• Great attitude and motivated to assist depts and colleagues with growing the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
