This position will involve learning a wide array of products, services and processes, with the ability to provide clear and knowledgeable information to a variety of customers. The position requires answering telephone inquiries, responding to live chat and email communication with clients. It requires good computer skills. Further requirements include creating quotes for customers, converting quotes to orders as well as entering orders. Quote and lead follow-ups and solving customer service-related issues are typical duties.
