JOB SUMMARY: The primary duties of the Sales Coordinator are to maintain the efficient day-to-day administrative operations of the sales department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

• Daily administrative duties such as typing, filing, handling telephones.
• Provide administrative support and group coordination for Director of Sales and Sales Managers as directed by Office Manager.
• Maintain organized office filing and trace systems.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, answer questions, and secure all information needed.
• Maintain the departments database of corporate clients.
• Conduct sales site tours as needed.
• Assist in hotel special projects and events as needed.
• Ensure sales department cleanliness, organization, office equipment, and supplies are maintained to obtain maximum efficiency.
• Maintain accurate, neat and organized account files.
• Assist guests and other team members as needed.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures including dress code.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Use the appropriate phrases and greetings when interacting with guests and other team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Work in a safe and conscientious manner, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
