With our acclaimed FairShare program empowering clients to earn profits directly from supplemental insurance programs, we are reshaping industry standards. Established in 2022, we provide benefits solutions for major employers and associations. As a pivotal team member, the Senior Relationship Manager Employee benefits is key in ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction and the successful implementation of strategic solutions. Tasked with managing client relationships, overseeing projects, and delivering comprehensive services, the Relationship Manager contributes to the sales process, supervises implementation, renewal, and ongoing administration of client accounts while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client support. We seek an individual poised to evolve alongside our team and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for our broker partners and prospects, facilitating meetings, furnishing additional information, crafting proposals, responding to RFQs, and offering support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in crafting benefits plan designs and liaise directly with carriers to provide underwriting and forecasting models.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing client accounts, including devising project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing positive relationships.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring efficient management of tasks, resources, and timelines.
  • Analyze client needs and devise strategies to enhance plan participation and elevate client satisfaction.
  • Conduct revenue/expense analysis for each client to assess profitability and viability.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, encompassing renewal presentations and recommendations.
  • Develop effective communication strategies and materials, such as newsletters and benefit summaries.
  • Provide training to clients and internal teams on benefit plans and enrollment processes.
  • Continuously enhance processes and programs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of employee benefits account management or sales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of voluntary benefits is essential.
  • P&C, Life, and Health Licenses preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with hybrid or remote work arrangements.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with remote work flexibility.
  • Involves extensive computer use and occasional standing and walking.
  • Must effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
