Responsibilities:

-Write clear and concise communications/ memos to tenants

- Oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

- Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants

- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections

- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information

- Enforce lease terms and address any violations or disputes that may arise

- Collaborate with contractors and staff for property repairs and maintenance

- Stay updated on local rental laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in real estate management

- Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and laws

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously

- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping and financial management

- Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional tenant experiences

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
