Position Info

This position gathers information, collecting data, reviews current customers, analyzes market trends, and creates detailed reports to inform various work teams to make it easier to serve customers. The main objectives include assisting and developing strategies that improve sales productivity and visibility of where organization is achieving its targets as well as where to apply resources to areas that are underwhelming. Facilitating the Order Intake Forecasts, Analyzing Sales Team Performance on existing territories, product lines, and new customer growth. Developing and implement pricing strategies for A, B, C customers. Become an expert within CRM and other business reporting developments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist tracking end-to-end process for sales funnels and operational metrics for Sales Process Optimization
• Managing projects according to deadlines and stakeholder inputs
• Reports performance metrics analysis to refine customer segmentation
• Assess and informs on lead qualification process, analyzes, and reports on campaign performance using reporting and dashboards, including of go-to-market strategies and methodologies
• Assist on implementation and enablement of CRM and other Technology Tools
• Maintain and supports on communication and monthly content for executive and board reporting
• Develops and maintain market share methods and calculation.
• Assist on contract lifecycle maintenance reporting
• Prepares order intake and growth forecasting
• Develops and implements new projects to ensure optimal operational performance and output

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge and experience in maritime and/or energy industry preferred
• Must have strong research and data analysis skills
• Ability to influence and provide leadership to direct and indirect team members
• Must have solid communication skills and experience in sales analysis
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize based on business need; and demonstrate flexible and efficient time management
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in CRM and other sales tools, preferably certified in administering top CRM tools in sales and service environments. Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years related work experience in sales or sale operations
