Our firm is one of the leading retail sales and customer acquisition firms in the Orlando area. Our retail sales team creates customized outreach campaigns aimed at rapidly expanding our client's customer base and customer retention. To continue our efforts in the local area and expand our customer base, we are hiring an Entry Level Sales Trainee immediately.

As the Entry Level Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on lucrative retail sales campaigns with fellow members of our sales team. As an Entry Level Sales Trainee, you will focus on customer acquisition for our clients in the local area. Entry Level Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

• Meeting planned sales goals
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Develop and deliver informative sales presentations base on individual customer needs to maximize market share
• Participate in continuous training opportunities with the intent to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships and advance the sales process.

Entry Level Sales Trainee Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, sales, or account management preferred
• Comfortable taking on a leadership role and support role within a team (must work well with others)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relationship management (preferred, not required)
• Experience in a management or leadership role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service

WHAT TO KNOW

• This is a full-time position
• You must be able to work out of our office in Orlando (this is not a remote role)

• After a paid training period, individual pay is based off performance, the range listed is the average range for our entry level associates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,958.00 per year
