Summit Real Estate Management is looking to expand their existing Management Team with the addition of an District Property Manager. We are looking for a highly professional, organized and experienced Portfolio Manager who is looking for a great opportunity.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Maintain the physical assets Maintain client and vendor relations

Assist President with special projects

Perform regular inspections of grounds and all common areas

Submit recommendations for physical repairs, replacements, and/or improvements

Review and approve expenditures, within allocated budget

Prepare annual budgets

Review monthly financial statements and prepare written communication to owners

Supervise Property Manager and monitor staff performance

Assist with recruiting, training and hiring of staff

Review and/or prepare employee evaluations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum two year Associates degree or CPM designation

Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-family experience, with at least five years in a Portfolio/Asset Property Management capacity

Current Oregon Property Manager or Broker License

Thorough knowledge of Landlord Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations

Strong industry related computer skills: Yardi preferred

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to interact professionally with wide range of people

Ability to problem solve
