Full description of the position

Our client is a growing full-service Commercial & Residential Landscape company servicing the Northeast Ohios Market. Their client and employee retention rates are high and their company is know for developing strong employees and providing a quality product in the area.

They engaged BraveView to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This position will manage the client relations for a book of business representing $1 - 1.5 mmin annual revenue and will communicate with the Production Team in order to make sure the clients' needs are addressed.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the client experience is a positive one as the Account Managers are the face of the company. They will walk and audit properties, manage quality control, create punch lists to be completed, meet with clients to answer questions as needed and identify opportunities to improve their clients' properties by selling enhancements. Once they have written a proposal and sold an enhancement, they are responsible for setting the approved job in the schedule, procuring materials for the job and will coordinate the installation with the production team. This Account Manager will then make sure the project has been successfully delivered on-time and within budget ensuring overall company success and client satisfaction.
