Candidate will handle the day-to-day Personal Lines clients for this growing Vernon Hills, Illinois Independent Insurance Agency.

HYBRID POSITION

{ WORK FROM HOME AND IN VERNON HILLS OFFICE }

The Role:

The Client Manager manages the placement and service of client accounts for the Personal Lines Department. Responsible for providing timely, professional account servicing to clients in order to achieve service standards using Agency Management System.

Duties:

• Responsible for correspondence with clients
• Responsible for documentation requirements (as required by firm or the insurance carrier
• Complete review of all policies for assigned clients at renewal including recommendations
• Able to use multi-carrier websites to quote and process policy changes

Requirement of Personal Lines Account Manager:

• Must have Current/Recent Personal Lines (Auto & Home) Experience as an Account Manager
• Must be Illinois Licensed in Property and Casualty
• Experience with both Customer Service and Marketing (Placement of Personal Lines Accounts
