Car Salesperson

SALARY: 20% COMMISSION PER SALE. (Don't mind the wage range in this ads post. The real wage for this job from our company is 20% per sale.)

FLEXIBLE HOURS: Part Time or Full Time.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right car for their needs
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of different vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Complete paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve dealership goals

Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory control and keep track of vehicle availability
- Strong math skills to calculate pricing, financing options, and discounts accurately
- Knowledge of retail math to understand profit margins, markups, and commissions
- Effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and explain complex information in a clear manner
- Ability to cold call potential customers and generate leads for new business opportunities
