Full description of the position

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Cincinnati, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing existing client relationships, and generating new business.
Must have skills other than JD: Technical degree or experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, forging, etc.). Strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including cold calling, networking, and relationship building

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience and knowledge of gear and shaft market preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with sales to OEM's is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to trade shows, client locations and overseas manufacturing facilities
