Bachman Realty Group is in need of experienced agents in all area of the DFW metroplex!!! BRG is the top team in the DFW area and top 1% of all Zillow agents nationally based on client satisfaction and customer service. They are also the top team for transactions in their brokerage, Fathom Realty. BRG has a huge heart for helping other people in many areas of life. They love working will all clients, especially veterans, law enforcement, first time home buyers, and clients buying brand new homes from builders.

They provide:

• Steady lead source: Bachman Realty Group is one of only 15 teams/brokerages in DFW that are part of the Zillow Flex program, and they have consistently been in the top of that group as far as performance. There are other lead programs like OJO Pro+, Google, and they are constantly researching and adding others. They have leads in these counties: Cooke, Collin, Denton, Parker, Tarrant, Wise, Ellis, Johnson, Hood, Grayson, Dallas, and Kaufman. They have 109 Zillow zip codes and are continually adding!
• Top-Notch Training:New agents are brought on with a week long training that will ensure they are proficient with BRG systems and to improve their skills in other areas. Classes are taught by top performing agents and leadership within the team in addition to their broker.
• Freedom to keep your marketing/branding: BRG believes in building up their agents brand identity through the freedom to self market and does not require agents to solely use the team branding on their social media,etc.
• Competitive splits: the splits start strong and get better when you hit the team cap (you then qualify for the incentive trip), and there is a loyalty program for agents that have been with the team for over a year that also increases your split.
• Marketing:headshot opportunities, listing photography covered by the commission split, personalized riders, signage, Facebook ads, business cards
• Support: team leaders, transaction coordinators, internal mentors, subject matter experts, and a clearly defined team structure ensure that you and your clients are well supported.

Responsibilities:

• Office Time:2 team leader meetings a month, one hour each. That is all that is required, but you can always come in more often!
• Lead Generation: 1 open house a month, or a networking group, door knocking, etc. Agent must be working to generate leads on their own and not rely solely on Zillow leads.
• CRM Updates: Must keep your CRM updated for all leads that the team provides to show that proper follow-up is taking place. They use FollowUpBoss, one of the industrys top CRMs.
• Regular agent duties:converting leads to clients, taking clients to showings, writing offers, negotiating, keeping up to date on local market trends, closing deals, follow-up with past clients, create market comparison analyses, and other typical agent duties.
• Zillow Metric Standards: maintain the standards set forth by the Zillow Flex program to help you and the team to maintain the high level of conversion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• MUST be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.
• Reliable transportation.
• No other employment, we only take full time agents.
• Team player, this is a must. We expect everyone will need help at some point because life happens, and we expect that they will also give assistance when they are able.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
