Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator / Truck Equipment Industry to fill an immediate opening in Sharonville, OH!

Responsibilities:

• Generate warranty job orders and administer warranty claims.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales inquiries, serving as the main point of contact for order, materials, and delivery status information.
• Develop quotes for both standard and custom truck equipment installations.
• Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
• Assist walk-in sales and handle call-in inquiries and sales.
• Serve as backup for the parts clerk to write parts orders as needed.
• Coordinate with management for approvals on non-billable warranties.
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an Inside Sales Coordinator Role is required
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required
• Previous experience in the Truck Equipment Industry
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office
• Associate Degree Preferred
• Time management and Organizational Skills
• Attention to detail

Compensation: $18-25 an hour
