Penske Automotive Group is looking for a General Manager in Southern California to lead our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Our General Managers are critical to the success of the dealership; they help their sales and service teams produce results and build lasting and meaningful customer relationships.

Pay for this position is $12k-16k base salary plus performance-based compensation.
