Our officeis one of the highest producing agencies in the Saint Pete/Clearwater/Tampa metropolitan area and looking to continue growing. We are looking to bring on a new insurance sales representative to fit into our close-knit office! As an insurance sales representative you will have the chance to learn how to market and tailor our products to the individual customers we serve. To excel in this insurance sales role, you will need to be energetic, motivated, and ready to let us help you learn the industry and obtain the tools to succeed!

Salary: $53000.00 - $120000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
