We offer a welcoming, enjoyable work environment that thrives on relationship building. We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our Benefits team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification in a timely manner
• Prepare communications including Open Enrollment materials, presentations, and coordinate all insurer/ vendor needs
• Generates open enrollment material (i.e. enrollment guides, election forms, personalized confirmation sheets, enrollment/change forms, power point presentations for client presentations)
• Monthly reporting for data driven clients

Requirements

• A current Illinois Life, Accident & Health Insurance License, or be able to obtain within 90 days of employment
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in group insurance
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and the industry
• Proficient in internet based applications as well as MS Office Suite; specifically, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
