- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to market properties effectively to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations
